We are currently looking for an HR Manager who will develop and implement an effective HR strategy aligned with the association’s goals and take ownership of all HR processes — from recruitment to offboarding.
Our ideal candidate:
Has 3+ years of experience managing the full HR cycle, from recruitment to offboarding;
Has experience building or redesigning Performance Evaluation (PE) processes in companies with 50–70 employees;
Possesses a business-oriented mindset and can balance business objectives with team needs;
Has excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with various stakeholders;
Is flexible, adaptable, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively;
Has strong written and spoken Ukrainian language skills.
Your responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle (from gathering hiring requirements with hiring managers to pre-onboarding);
Support onboarding, probation period, and offboarding processes;
Coordinate the Performance Evaluation (PE) process;
Administer the Learning & Development (L&D) program;
Organize HR events and team-building activities;
Partner with managers to address HR-related needs within their teams when required;
Administer the HRM system;
Review and improve existing HR processes when needed;
Conduct one-on-one meetings, facilitate conflict resolution, and support team communication when necessary;
Manage internal team communications (written and verbal);
Own and manage the HR budget.
Nice to have:
English proficiency at B1 (Intermediate) level or higher;
Experience organizing HR events in collaboration with external vendors;
Experience managing HR budgets, including planning, tracking, and reporting.
