Lviv IT Cluster’s event team needs one more social and full-of-energy person who enjoys big events, likes to work in a team, and cares about deadlines. Your duties will include coordinating and initiating communication between employees from different companies for professional improvement, strengthening ties between Lviv IT Cluster member companies for the development of the industry, and responding to community requests by creating content, and professional events, facilitating networking, etc. Among our projects are a number of unique events, such as IT Arena, the biggest tech event in Eastern Europe, gathering world-known companies and thousands of Members in Lviv.
We really want you to meet the following requirements:
- Event management experience (events, corporate parties, business and informal gatherings, conferences)
- Fluency in English (Upper Intermediate/Advanced)
- Ability to handle challenges, multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to create and be a team player
- Responsibility and self-organizing skills
- Advanced networking skills
The responsibilities include:
- Creating communities
- Communication with community members
- Organizing and planning events
- Communication with vendors
- Budget planning
- Booking venues and negotiating fees
- Website administration
