Ukrainian IT company Brainstack invites you to the charity evening IT StandUp: Fails Night, taking place on August 26 at the Kooperativ rooftop. This is an event where professional IT failures turn into funny and heartfelt stories filled with humor and self-irony.

This time, instead of celebrating successes, the focus will be on mistakes — those often left behind the scenes, but which provide the greatest lessons and help us grow. Guests can expect speaker performances, the opportunity to share their own stories, a charity auction and raffle, a DJ set at sunset, and a cocktail bar for donations.

On stage will be stand-up IT comedian Vlad Halytskyi and specialists from leading IT companies. In PR, marketing, and employer branding: Julia Petryk (Calibrated), Daria Bessonova (Brainstack), and Julia Kravchuk (mono). In development: Serhiy Babich (DataRobot) and Yurii Artiukh (Coderiver).

All proceeds will go to support the DOU fundraiser “Merezha Triiky”, which aims to raise 20 million UAH for the 3rd Assault Brigade to purchase 33 “Pavuk Dophin” universal UAV systems — Ukrainian drones with repeaters for reconnaissance and other combat tasks. Such equipment increases the autonomy, efficiency, and safety of units on the front line.

The organizers believe that mistakes are not failures but steps toward growth, and talking about them is just as important as celebrating achievements.
