On November 7 and 8, the L.E.A.D. Conference: Learning & Development will take place, focusing on team development and growth in turbulent times. The event will be held in a hybrid format (online/offline) and bring together HR and L&D professionals, managers, and business development experts. Speakers include Maksym Pochebut, CLO at Sigma Software; Vyacheslav Rudnytskyi, CEO of Savvy Learning & Development Solutions; Maryna Starodubska, ACIPR, business trainer at KMBS and managing partner at TLFRD, specializing in cross-cultural communication and talent management; Serhiy Nozdrachov, a certified Gallup expert in talent and strengths development; as well as prominent business leaders, top executives, and academics.
During the two-day conference, speakers will share insights on how leaders and businesses can adapt to changes in uncertain conditions, effectively interact in a multicultural environment, develop customer-oriented approaches, and create strategies for business growth.
On November 7, speakers will present online, while on the following day, November 8, conference attendees will have the opportunity to engage with the speakers in person at the Sigma Club space in Kyiv. Maksym Pochebut – CLO of Sigma Software University, Chief Learning Officer at Sigma Software, and Chair of the Academic Council at SET University. Maksym has over 18 years of experience in the education and IT industries, with numerous successful projects in personnel development. His presentation topic at the L.E.A.D. Vyacheslav Rudnytskyi – CEO of Savvy Learning & Development Solutions, has over 15 years of experience in managing educational projects and preparing leaders. Vyacheslav is a moderator at the Aspen Institute Kyiv, co-founder of the L&D Community, founder and moderator of the StartSpherepodcast, and a participant in educational events and conferences, particularly in the fields of L&D and business development.
Maryna Starodubska – ACIPR, MSc in HRM, Managing Partner and Supervisory Board Member at TLFRD, and Adjunct Professor at KMBS. She is the author of the book “How to Understand Ukrainians: A Cross-Cultural Perspective,” which sold out in less than a month after its release. At the L.E.A.D. Conference, Maryna will discuss effective cross-cultural interaction that can help Ukrainian businesses navigate turbulent times through successful operations in external markets.
Serhiy Nozdrachov – a certified Gallup expert in talent and strengths development and a lecturer at the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School. He is a partner at the British company Oxford Leadership Consulting and has 30 years of business experience, including work in the UK, China, and the Czech Republic markets. At the L.E.A.D. Conference, Serhiy will present on the topic: “How to Find Your Path in Times of Change: A Strategy for Adaptation and Development”.
Valery Krasovsky – CEO and Co-Founder of Sigma Software Group.
