Odesa on Ukraine’s IT map and in the Diia reality. Five years — already a story. And yet, only the beginning. Вuring this time, Odesa IT Family has grown from an idea into the heart of the IT ecosystem of the South: they’ve united companies and experts, educators and authorities, financial institutions and product startups.

Now it’s time to meet and look to the future.

IT WAVE 2025 is not just a conference.
It’s a celebration of community strength and an open dialogue about what’s next for Ukrainian IT:

• key challenges and opportunities for the industry;
• an honest talk about product vs outsourcing;
• a strategic vision for Ukraine’s IT market by 2030;
• the role of Diia.City in regional development and other relevant topics that will help your business grow.

Among the participants: representatives of the IT Ukraine Association, business leaders, top companies, and financial partners.

It will be a day when we talk about the past, present, and future of Odesa’s IT.
A day when ideas and partnerships are born.
A day when we celebrate five years together.

Join the wave — let’s shape the IT future of the South together!
