The speaker of the event is Iryna Gorova, a business leader with over ten years of experience in finance and strategic management and more than 15 years of expertise in creative industries. She is the founder and CEO of the music label pomitni, and co-founder of the platform “Na yii osnovi”. Iryna is featured in NV Top 100 Most Influential Ukrainians (2024) and Forbes’ Most Successful Women in Business.

• Ukraine’s music industry today — how revenue models are evolving, how the roles of labels and management are transforming, and which directions are developing most dynamically.

In an informal setting, participants will enjoy an intimate coffee masterclass for connoisseurs, dedicated to the art of taste, ritual, and the culture of coffee presentation.
